Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, validate, and manage data from multiple sources
- Analyze property sales data, customer behavior, inventory, and market trends
- Prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or Tableau
- Generate actionable insights to support sales and business teams
- Monitor KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Conduct data analysis on pricing trends, project performance, and customer engagement
- Work with internal teams to identify business opportunities and improve processes
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain databases regularly
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience in Power BI/Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of data visualization techniques
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Exposure to CRM tools and real estate industry data
- Experience with dashboard creation and automation
