Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating admissions, counseling prospective students, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Conduct counseling sessions and address student queries.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Any Degree qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech is an added advantage.
