Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform daily packing operations as per production schedules.
- Ensure packaging materials (boxes, labels, shrink wraps, etc.) are available and of required quality.
- Verify product specifications and packaging instructions before packing.
- Maintain accurate records of packed goods, materials used, and rejected items.
- Monitor the packing line for efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure packed goods meet all quality parameters.
- Train and guide packing staff on packing methods and safety protocols.
- Maintain documentation for dispatch and inventory management.
- Report any discrepancies, equipment faults, or shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packing efficiency and reduce waste.
