A fast-growing organisation in the PE-VC ecosystem is looking for a Marketing Associate to join its team in Gurgaon.

This might be for you if:
- You have 2–3 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing communications.
- You've managed a brand's digital presence and understand what drives growth.
- You have hands-on experience with LinkedIn thought leadership, Instagram, and YouTube content.
- You're comfortable using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, HeyGen, InVideo, Descript, or similar.
- You're detail-oriented, proactive, and take ownership of your work.
- You enjoy researching trends, experimenting with content, and working with data.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand objectives. Create engaging posts, articles, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor content.
- Monitor platform analytics and optimise content based on performance.
- Support marketing campaigns and create presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral as needed.
- Help grow the brand's reach, engagement, and online community.

- 2–3 years of experience in social media/content marketing

- Experience with LinkedIn thought leadership is highly preferred
- Portfolio showcasing content and creative work is required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
