Case Manager & Development Coordinator (Kshamata Transformation Program) Females only
Job Description:
As a Case Manager & Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in transforming
the lives of young women participating in our program. Your responsibilities will include
implementing the Kshamata reintegration model effectively, ensuring the well-being and
empowerment of participants, and facilitating their journey toward self-reliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Holistic Support:
o Facilitate regular meetings for residential women to promote community and
shared experiences.
o Spend quality time with women individually and in groups to foster trust and
support.
o Ability to provide guidance and support in crisis situations and conflict driven
matters with the said intervention
Case Management:
o Develop personalized case plans for each participant upon joining,
collaborating with team members for input.
o Conduct monthly reviews and assessments, tracking progress and adapting
plans as necessary.
o Create mutual action plans and prepare exit strategies for each woman
transitioning out of the program.
o Maintain accurate records and files for each participant, ensuring all relevant
documentation is secured.
Coordination and Facilitation:
o Lead training sessions in life skills, and job readiness initiatives, independent
living skills coordinating with volunteers and mentors.

o Organize bi-monthly gatherings for graduated women to foster community
and support networks.
o Create support groups for graduated women and those transitioning out of
the Centre and/or the program
Community Engagement:
o Track and support co-living unit participants, providing necessary follow-ups
for graduated individuals.
o Collaborate with community resources and facilitate health, education, and
vocational visitations for women.
Documentation & Report writing
o Documentation of intervention activities.
o Documentation related to case management system
o Monthly reporting
Qualifications:
Relevant degree or experience in social work, counseling, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to empathize and connect with women from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in case management and program coordination is preferred.
Passionate about women's rights and empowerment.
Skills, Attitude & Approach requirement:
Willingness to work and execute in the field / on-ground. Hands-on execution and
learning.
