Job Title
Trainee Engineer – Production
Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and career-oriented fresh engineering graduates to join our Production team as Trainee Engineers. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to manufacturing operations, production planning, quality standards, machine operations, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production planning and execution.
- Monitor production activities to achieve daily targets.
- Learn manufacturing processes, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Store, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Identify opportunities for productivity and process improvements.
- Support supervisors in minimizing production losses and downtime.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other production-related tasks assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of manufacturing experience may also apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of engineering drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on qualification, skills, and interview performance)
