We are looking for professional and motivated individuals to join our Survey Team. The role involves ground-level public interaction and conducting detailed surveys to gather community feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a Survey Team to conduct door-to-door or spot interviews in assigned areas.
- Engaging with the public to record their opinions and feedback accurately using digital survey platforms.
- Achieving daily survey targets and providing clear progress reports to the Team Lead.
- Ensuring high-quality responses and maintaining the professional standards of the survey.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- Language: Fluency in Punjabi (Speaking & Understanding) is mandatory for local interaction.
- Transport: Candidates must have their own Bike and a valid Driving License.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to use smartphones and survey applications efficiently.
- Familiarity with local routes and neighborhoods.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Petrol Allowance.
- Performance-based incentives.
