We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand client needs and present the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Connect with potential clients and decision-makers to introduce company products or services.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
