We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead business-led solution design for strategic initiatives across diversified business verticals.
Unlike a pure Technical Architect role, this position is focused on solutioning from a business, functional, and process perspective—understanding enterprise challenges, defining future-state operating models, optimizing processes, and designing integrated business solutions that deliver measurable value.
The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology functions to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Solution Design

Understand business objectives, pain points, operational challenges, and growth priorities across functions.

Design end-to-end business solutions covering people, process, systems, controls, and governance.

Translate complex business requirements into structured solution blueprints and execution roadmaps.

Create scalable operating models aligned to enterprise strategy and business goals.

Ensure proposed solutions improve efficiency, control, customer experience, and profitability.
Process Architecture & Transformation

Analyze current-state (As-Is) business processes and define optimized future-state (To-Be) models.

Re-engineer workflows across business.

Identify automation, digitization, and simplification opportunities.

Drive standardization of processes across multiple business units and locations.

Lead business process transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Functional Solutioning

Define functional requirements, business rules, workflows, user journeys, KPIs, and control frameworks.

Partner with technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into effective system solutions.

Evaluate ERP, CRM, workflow, analytics, and enterprise platforms from a functional fitment perspective.

Support solution configuration, UAT strategy, process sign-offs, and business readiness.
Strategic Consulting & Value Creation

Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, ROI modelling, and business case preparation.

Recommend initiatives for productivity enhancement, cost reduction, service excellence, and revenue growth.

Provide leadership with strategic recommendations backed by data and process insights.

Convert ambiguous business challenges into clear, implementable solutions.
Stakeholder Management

Engage CXOs, business heads, operations leaders, consultants, and delivery teams.

Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, governance reviews, and executive presentations.

Build consensus across functions and drive ownership for transformation initiatives.
Lead change management and business adoption programs.
Experience

5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Transformation, or Functional Design roles.

Proven experience in enterprise-wide process transformation and solution design initiatives.

Experience working across multiple business functions in large organizations.
Functional Skills

Strong expertise in business process mapping, operating model design, requirement gathering, and solution blueprinting.

Experience with ERP, CRM, workflow, analytics, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems.

Strong commercial understanding with ability to evaluate ROI and business impact.
