Job Description:
Edu Career Consultancy is seeking a knowledgeable, dynamic, and dedicated PGT Political Science Teacher for a reputed residential CBSE school in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of political theories, governance, and international relations, along with a passion for mentoring senior secondary students for their board exams.Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Political Science to senior secondary classes (11th & 12th) according to the latest CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE Board Examinations, ensuring high academic performance.
- Create interactive lesson plans, conducting mock tests, and evaluating performance to help students understand complex political concepts.
- Encourage critical thinking by organizing group discussions, debates, and mock parliaments.
- Fulfill administrative duties as required by a residential school, including student mentorship and attending parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Post Graduation in Political Science (M.A. Political Science) AND B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a PGT Political Science teacher in a CBSE school.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, strong classroom management, and familiarity with CBSE evaluation patterns.
- Location Comfort: Willingness to relocate and reside on-site in Etawah, UP.
