Job summary :
About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates who are passionate about sales and business growth. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Present company services and pitch suitable solutions
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into customers
- Manage and update lead data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
