Store Manager – Jewellery Retail
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of our jewellery showroom in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete showroom operations and daily activities.
- Handle and supervise showroom staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Achieve sales targets and improve overall showroom performance.
- Handle customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage jewellery inventory, stock movement, tagging and reconciliation.
- Monitor Gold, Silver, Diamond and Gemstone jewellery stock.
- Ensure accurate stock records through jewellery ERP/software.
- Monitor daily sales, stock and operational reports.
- Ensure proper jewellery display, security and handling.
- Train, guide and motivate the showroom team.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain showroom discipline, grooming and professional standards.
- Coordinate with the owner/management regarding sales, inventory and operations.
- Take complete ownership of showroom performance and day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in jewellery retail/store management.
- Previous experience as a Jewellery Store Manager or Showroom Manager will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery retail operations and inventory management.
- Good communication, sales and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in managing a sales team.
- Good knowledge of jewellery ERP/software and stock management.
- Honest, responsible, well-organised and target-oriented.
- Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands or established jewellery showrooms will be preferred.

Salary: Starting from ₹25,000 per month. Final salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
