SEPL is looking for a skilled Technical Troubleshooting Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in networking, server administration, hardware troubleshooting, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls), hardware, and software issues.
- Install, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, perform backups, and ensure system availability.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and clients for issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and support IT operations.

- Servers: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Linux
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox
- Monitoring Tools: PRTG, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
