Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA)
✅ Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration/support
✅ Experience in platform monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting
✅ Knowledge of incident management and RCA processes
✅ Good understanding of certificate and access management
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
