Broad outline of the Role
The role is part of the Human resource centre of excellence and will support Compensation& Benefits and Workforce Planning. Responsible for driving implementation of the processes, frameworks, policy standards or operational plans based on the organization and business strategy.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or a post graduate degree in HR
3-5 years of experience in HR

- Understanding across HR domains (compensation, Organization design, workforce planning and analytics etc)

Key Responsibilities
- The role is responsible for driving end-to-end workforce planning and governance across the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy, financial objectives, and workforce requirements. The incumbent will provide workforce analytics, planning insights, and cost governance to support effective decision-making, organizational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
- Support the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by providing workforce projections, headcount plans, and people cost forecasts.
- Monitor actual workforce costs against approved budgets and AOP targets, identify variances, highlight potential risks, and recommend corrective actions where required
- Develop and maintain workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights on headcount, productivity, attrition, hiring trends, and workforce utilization.
- Drive data integrity and governance across HR systems and workforce planning processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of workforce data.
- Partner closely with Finance, HR Business/Regional Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to ensure effective workforce planning, position management, and AOP adherence.
- Contribute towards annual compensation related processes
- Contribute towards review, design, enhancement, and implementation of of compensation and benefits policies, programs and incentive design. Participate in various industry benchmarking studies.
