Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Title Verification
- Conduct title search and due diligence of immovable properties.
- Examine title documents, chain of ownership, encumbrance certificates, and revenue records.
- Prepare title search reports and legal due diligence reports.
Drafting & Documentation
- Draft, review, and vet real estate documents, including:
- Sale Deeds
- Agreement to Sell
- Lease Deeds / Leave & License Agreements
- Gift Deeds, Conveyance Deeds
- MOUs, Development Agreements
- Power of Attorney
- Indemnity Bonds and Affidavits
- Customize drafts based on transaction requirements and client needs.
Transaction Support
- Coordinate with clients, builders, brokers, and registration offices.
- Assist in property registrations and compliance with local laws.
- Ensure documentation complies with stamp duty and registration laws.
Legal Research & Compliance
- Research applicable real estate laws, local land laws, RERA, stamp duty, and registration rules.
- rack changes in property laws and regulatory requirements.
Client & Internal Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation and timelines.
- Support senior lawyers in closing real estate transactions.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong legal drafting and vetting skills
- Knowledge of property laws, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Stamp Act
- Basic understanding of RERA
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
