We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Mobile Phones & Accessories business. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both Retail and Wholesale Sales, along with excellent leadership, inventory management, and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall showroom operations for both Retail and Wholesale business segments.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers, wholesale dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and business development activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display within the showroom.
- Handle bulk orders, dealer inquiries, and wholesale transactions efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and business performance analysis.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, and logistics teams for smooth business operations.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Requirements Education
- Bachelor's Degree / Graduation (Preferred)
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in the Mobile Phone & Accessories industry.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Showroom Manager or similar managerial role.
- Proven experience in both Retail Sales and Wholesale Distribution of mobile phones and accessories.
- Experience handling dealer networks, distributors, and bulk business transactions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
