Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Admin Cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations, handle client communication, and support day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a friendly personality.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Client Coordination
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain wellness services and offers
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and previous clients
- Schedule appointments and confirm bookings
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client queries
- Maintain and update client database
Administrative Duties
- Manage front desk operations and greet walk-in clients
- Maintain attendance records and appointment schedules
- Handle billing, receipts, and basic cash management
- Maintain office files and documentation
- Coordinate with therapists/trainers for appointment management
- Manage office supplies and inventory
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
- 1–2 years experience in telecalling, customer service, or admin role (preferred)
- Good communication skills (local language + English fluent)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
