Bench Sales - Lead / Recruiter / Senior
Experience : Lead - 8-12 Years | Senior - 6-8 Years | Recruiter - 4-6 Years
Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench consultants and H-1B transfer candidates through Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing staffing partners.

Expand our network by bringing in new vendors and business contacts.

Identify new opportunities and connect the right consultants with the right requirements.

Manage the complete placement cycle i.e submissions, follow-ups, interviews, and closures.

Maintain daily activity reports and consistently achieve assigned daily and weekly KPIs.

Work with a team that values ownership, relationships, and results.
Requirements: -
Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales.

Experience handling H1B Transfer Consultants

Good understanding of vendor management (T1 & Implementation partners) and consultant marketing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

A results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward goals.
