Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs or overselling.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and cancellations.
- Plan and execute platform promotions, deals, and campaigns.
- Monitor platform performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for issue resolution and growth opportunities.
- Generate regular sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and service level requirements.
- Work closely with marketing teams to improve product visibility and sales performance.
- Handle customer queries and escalations related to marketplace and quick commerce orders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
