Disciplinary Officer – Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain discipline across the entire school campus.
Supervise students during morning assembly, class transitions, recess, dispersal, and other school activities.
Monitor CCTV surveillance to ensure student safety, identify disciplinary concerns, and report any unusual incidents to the school management.
Patrol corridors, playgrounds, buses, and common areas to ensure orderly behaviour.
Ensure students follow the school's rules, policies, dress code, and code of conduct.
Counsel students on behavioural issues and promote positive discipline.
Investigate disciplinary incidents and take appropriate action as per school policy.
Maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases, warnings, counselling sessions, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with teachers, class coordinators, parents, transport staff, and school management regarding student behaviour.
Address complaints related to bullying, misconduct, or indiscipline promptly and fairly.
Ensure the safety and security of students on the school premises.
Supervise student entry and exit during arrival and dispersal.
Monitor visitor movement and ensure compliance with school security procedures.
Assist in organizing and maintaining discipline during school events, examinations, sports, field trips, and other activities.
Conduct regular awareness sessions on discipline, values, safety, and responsible behaviour.
Prepare discipline reports and submit them to the Principal/Management.
Support emergency drills and ensure students follow safety protocols.
Encourage a positive, respectful, and disciplined school culture.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal or School Management related to student welfare, discipline, and campus safety.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
