Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team at MG Road, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and team management and will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Job Description
Sales
- Lead the team to consistently hit monthly closing targets across Forex and Digital Marketing products
- Personally close leads alongside the team — active selling is a core part of this role
- Monitor conversion rates across all reps and take immediate corrective action when needed
- Manage lead distribution across the team based on capacity and performance
- Handle student escalations and objections that reps cannot resolve independently
- Drive payment collection and reduce pending payment backlogs proactively
Team Management and Coaching
- Conduct morning huddles, set daily targets, and review end-of-day performance every single day
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 performance reviews with each rep based on closing data and CRM activity
- Identify skill gaps and conduct on-floor training, role plays, and objection handling sessions regularly
- Build and maintain a high-energy, competitive, and accountable sales culture on the floor
- Monitor individual rep activity — call volume, talk time, follow-up discipline, and closing rates
Reporting and Communication
- Submit daily performance reports to the Dubai Sales Manager covering closings, leads contacted, follow-ups, and revenue collected
- Participate in weekly review meetings with Dubai management and present team data accurately
- Flag issues, escalations, and team concerns proactively — no surprises
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback
Daily Operations
- Ensure all reps follow the sales process, scripts, and Delta's communication standards consistently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and ensure the team does the same every day
- Ensure compliance with daily tracker requirements and reporting formats
- Maintain discipline on the floor — attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years in telesales or direct sales — education, fintech, or financial services preferred
- Minimum 1 year in a team leader or senior sales executive role with a proven track record
- Prior experience in financial education or trading-related products is a strong advantage
Skills and Attitude
- Strong personal closing ability — must be able to demonstrate and teach closing techniques
- Fluent in English and Hindi — Kannada is an advantage
- Data-driven — comfortable reading CRM reports, trackers, and call data to make daily decisions
- Natural coach and motivator with the ability to build confidence and resilience in the team
- High ownership — takes full accountability for team results without deflecting
- Direct communicator with both the team and senior management
- Energetic presence on the floor — leads from the front, not from a desk

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
