Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with advanced knowledge on SQL (Google SQL preferred) and Dashboarding (Plx preferred). As a YT Creators/Shopping Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing creators and subscriptions data, being a thought partner for the PMMs, building analysis and visualization frameworks, generating decision-driving insights and bringing alignment with the stakeholders. Other responsibilities include designing and developing dashboards, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure to support various data initiatives and analytics needs within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and independent thinker
- Experience project managing; extracting insights from data; communicating and presenting key findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and reliable data systems
- Work with Data Engineers & Product Marketing teams to ensure right signals are being captured by understanding the product flows
- Fully responsible in deriving insights and full storytelling to stakeholders from analytical projects
- Building data pipelines tracking site metrics ie., user journeys on conversion and re-acquisitions
- Design and develop data pipelines with strong focus on data utility for analytical teams
- A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate, and optimize systems and tools to best meet evolving business and market needs.
- Attention to detail, coupled with the ability to think abstractly
Required Skillsets:
- SQL (Google SQL preferred) and Dashboarding (Plx preferred)
- Python, Data Visualization, Client Communication
- Machine Learning, AI
- Strong problem solving and quantitative skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Prior experience in the areas of Marketing Analytics, Funnel Analysis, Segmentation & Targeting is a plus
