A Senior Telecaller drives patient acquisition by converting leads into clinical consultations, explaining premium treatments empathetically, and managing patient flow. They train junior callers, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with doctors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to inbound leads (from Meta, Google, Instagram, or WhatsApp) and make outbound calls to follow up with prospective clients.
- Consultation Booking: Successfully convert inquiries into clinic appointments by addressing concerns, explaining premium services, and highlighting doctor expertise.
- Treatment Guidance: Provide accurate, high-touch, and ethical information over the phone regarding procedures (e.g., liposuction, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation) and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior telecallers, monitor call quality, and assist the team in hitting daily and monthly conversion targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain highly accurate databases of calls, follow-ups, lead statuses, and patient feedback in the clinic's CRM system.
- Clinic Coordination: Act as a bridge between patients and medical professionals, coordinating schedules with surgeons, counselors, and front desk staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of tele-sales or customer service experience, ideally in a premium healthcare, aesthetic clinic, or wellness center environment.
- Communication Skills: Polished, empathetic, and professional phone presence. Excellent command of English and Hindi.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle price objections, build trust with HNI (High-Net-Worth Individual) clients, and close deals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarization with modern CRM software.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
