We are looking for energetic and motivated Male and Female candidates to join our team at the BPCL Cafe in Aluva. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the hospitality and food service industry.
No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training for Barista and Helper roles will be provided directly by BPCL.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the daily operations of the cafe.
- Preparing and serving beverages (Barista duties) after completion of training.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Providing excellent customer service to cafe visitors.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th Standard (SSLC) qualified.
- Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
- Skills: Positive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Location: Ability to commute to Aluva daily.
