We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Marketing Executive who can elevate our brand presence and drive meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility
- Ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time
Market Research & Insights
- Analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior
- Identify new market opportunities and target segments
- Generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance
Trade Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies
- Enhance branding and visibility across channels
- Collaborate with sales teams to boost product awareness and conversions
- Track competitor activity and recommend improvements
Digital Marketing & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies to execute campaigns
- Ensure all digital campaigns (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.) are aligned with brand objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely implementation
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners for smooth execution
Events & Brand Activations
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches
- Represent the brand at industry events and client interactions
- Drive engagement through on-ground activations
Coordination & Operations
- Manage vendors, agencies, and external partners
- Monitor marketing budgets for efficient utilization
- Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and analytics
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and AI tools
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Willingness to travel for market visits and activations
