Key responsibilities include:
Strategic responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual Sales revenue Targets.
- Sales presentations, customer mapping and prospecting.
- Help DSO in payment collections/forms and achieve the targets.
- Manage Sales funnel and Daily reports.
Functional responsibilities –
- Responsible for delivering outstanding Sales results for the Industrial electronics products in the assigned region (OEM)
- To follow the business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in assigned geography.
- Retain existing customers and develop new customers by making cold calls, frequent visits and applying other marketing strategies or methods.
- Providing techno-commercial support on timely manner and responsible for entire sales cycle
- To follow the development strategies and develop business in the assigned region and possess ability to close the deals.
- Analyses competitor's Product and marketing moves and gives input to the business team.
- Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
- Reporting to Regional sales manager and performing additional duties as assigned.
Key attributes for success –
- Good commercial acumen-Understand the quotations/ discounts/and its importance and negotiate better.
- Competent in computer operations/ MS Office/ Software Programs-Able to understand and work on ERP and CRM.
- Technical Skills – able to understand market needs, technically map the suitable product to customers, shall have technical skill to evaluate technical needs of customer.
- Should have knowledge of local market industry trends.

- Field sales experience in an Indian or a multi-national company selling Industrial products.
Required Education and Experience in Diploma / Degree in Electronics Technology

- Good interpersonal skills- good relationships and contacts with customers.
- Willing to travel extensively in assigned territory or pan India if required.
