The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling products to body shops/workshops, market research, pricing analysis, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in Auto Refinish / Aftermarket products
- Experience selling products to body shops/workshops
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Knowledge of market research and pricing analysis
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and market development
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and develop new customers
- Visit body shops and automotive workshops regularly
- Travel to different locations for business development
- Identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports and updates
- Support and motivate the sales team
- Develop strategies to increase business growth
