We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to lead sales initiatives and support strategic marketing efforts. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, running performance-driven marketing campaigns, and aligning sales and marketing initiatives with overal business goals to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive lead generation and revenue growth. Identify and acquire potential clients through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Manage the complete sales lifecycle including pitching, folow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Outreach
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Email. Assist in creating and coordinating marketing colaterals such as brochures, presentations, pitch decks, and emailers. Colaborate closely with content, design, and digital teams to launch performance-oriented campaigns. Lead outreach initiatives for student onboarding, colege colaborations, and mentor acquisition.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and target customer segments. Analyze competitor strategies, offerings, and positioning to recommend improvements in messaging and sales approach. Share on-ground market insights and client feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
4. Social Media & Engagement
Coordinate with the social media team on campaign planning, content ideas, and performance tracking. Support community engagement initiatives and gather audience feedback across digital platforms.
5. CRM & Lead Management
Manage, track, and update leads, folow-ups, and deal stages within the CRM system. Monitor sales pipelines and performance dashboards to ensure accuracy and timely folow-ups. Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date sales data for reporting and analysis.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with content writers, designers, marketing, and product teams to align sales and marketing initiatives. Participate in regular strategy discussions, review meetings, and performance evaluations with internal stakeholders.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales targets, campaign performance, and lead status. Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, sales outcomes, and campaign effectiveness. Track KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (EdTech or service industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skils. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and lead management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a result-oriented mindset.
Employment Details:

CTC Range: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (Based on experience, skils, and interview performance)
