Job Summary
SLT Lighting LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. Freshers with accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations and support warehouse (godown) accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations accurately and on time.
- Manage godown accounts and maintain inventory-related accounting records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and documentation.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and stock records.
- Assist with billing, invoices, vouchers, and other accounting activities.
- Prepare reports as required by the management.
- Support other accounts-related tasks assigned by the company.
Additional Information
- SLT Lighting LLP also has a branch in Jew Street, Ernakulam.
- In case of business requirements or emergencies, the selected candidate may be required to travel to the Ernakulam branch.
Requirements
- B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
