About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing engaging campaigns, managing digital channels, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure high ROI. Ultimately, you will build a lasting digital connection with our audience and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging text, image, and video content for various platforms.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns against KPIs and ROI goals using Google Analytics.
- User Experience: Collaborate with internal teams to build landing pages and optimize the overall user experience (UX).
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, identify customer preferences, and analyze competitor pricing and products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to extract insights from raw data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: A keen eye for visual communication and design principles.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Experience with video editing software or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
