Scope of Work
To be able to educate beneficiaries to understand the significance and importance of possessing and applying the skills of Financial Literacy
Job Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities:
· Responsible for mobilizing, selection and forming batches for Financial Literacy in Mumbai and Pune
· Prepare the Teaching plan and be ready to deliver the Financial Literacy curriculum
· Coordinate with training partners and other implementing partners
· Track invoices of training partners, Submission of data with in time
· Be involved in all activities mentioned in proposal for implementation
· Manage stakeholders & the programme in all forms (Online, Hybrid and offline)
· Responsible for mobilizing, selection and forming batches for Financial Literacy in Mumbai and Pune
Data Management :
· Manage data, making success stories and making reports
· Manage attendance and coordinate with students
· Assist Supervisors in Data management, Reports and presentations for the delivery of the Financial Literacy programme
· Prepare Monthly and Annual reports and submit to supervisors
Monitoring & Evaluation:
· Make physical visits for monitoring in and outside Mumbai
· Utilize the programme’s methods, processes and tools for monitoring, evaluating & accomplishing the vertical’s goals for Financial Literacy
Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders:
· Meet and partner with cooperates or other outlets for opportunities in Financial Literacy for our students
Coordinate with Internal & External stakeholders (Partner NGOs included) to conduct Financial Literacy sessions at specified venues
Representation of SBF in SCERT sometimes and training teachers out of Mumbai in FL(Twice or Thrice
a year)
Qualification and Experience
· Graduate preferably in Commerce (with a specialization in Accounts) may apply
· 2 years+ of work exposure / experience would be preferable in creating a strong foundation of Financial Literacy, as a tutor, in order to support various life goals, such as saving for education or retirement, using debt responsibly, tracking personal expenses and / or running a business

Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge and previous work experience having worked as a Financial Literacy Educator / Instructor. Language proficiency, Marathi, English, Hindi.

Compensation
As per Industry Standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
