We're Hiring – Inventory Manager
Location: Khai Khali, Kolkata (Saarvasri Herbs Pvt. Ltd.)
Saarvasri Herbs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to efficiently manage and monitor stock across all SHPL offices and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor inventory records for all SHPL offices.
Manage stock movement, inward/outward entries, and stock reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with different branches to ensure accurate stock updates.
Identify stock discrepancies and maintain proper inventory control.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Inventory/Stock Management.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Management) and Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Experience with inventory management software will be an added advantage.
