HR Executive – Hotel Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Source and screen candidates for various hotel positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Collect and verify educational, experience, and statutory documents.
- Update employee databases and attendance records.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with payroll for salary processing.
- Maintain leave and overtime records.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in organizing staff meetings and events.
Training & Development
- Coordinate induction and training programs.
- Maintain training records and attendance.
- Follow up on employee performance evaluations.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
- Assist in statutory compliance documentation.
- Support disciplinary procedures and documentation.
Exit Management
- Conduct exit formalities and exit interviews.
- Collect company assets and complete clearance procedures.
- Maintain resignation and separation records.
Reporting
- Prepare HR reports on recruitment, attendance, turnover, and manpower status.
- Submit periodic reports to the HR Manager and General Manager.
Key Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,008.61 - ₹18,000.00 per month
