Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive / Customer Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and providing product-related assistance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a focus on delivering high-quality service across premium sales and customer support processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and address customer needs by guiding them through specific product features.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, offering effective solutions.
- Engage in lead generation efforts, maintaining high-level communication with potential clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with product-related queries and offer support across various channels.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in both Hindi and English (written and verbal communication).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent sales and customer service orientation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage premium processes with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of industry or product knowledge is an advantage.
- Good typing speed and familiarity with MS Office tools.
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Graduate degree in any stream.
Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience in a sales or customer support role.
Other Requirements:
- This is a Work-from-Office position.
- Comfortable working in a 6-day work week environment.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and dynamic setting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
