About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating sales leads, following up on inquiries, and building long-term customer relationships. Experience in electrical, lighting, or home improvement products is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealers.
- Follow up on leads generated through social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Positive attitude and mindset.
- Experience in the lighting, electrical, or building materials industry will be preferred.
