Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The candidate should be able to create a warm, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children and support their overall development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Encourage holistic development (social, emotional, cognitive, and physical)
- Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, rhymes, and play-way techniques
- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Monitor and record students’ progress
- Communicate regularly with parents
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of children
- Participate in school events and activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori/ECCE preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
Experience:
- Freshers with relevant qualifications can apply
- Prior preschool experience will be an added advantage
