Job Summary
Captain Security Services is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our security services across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have strong connections with corporate clients, residential societies, commercial properties, industrial units, hospitals, educational institutions, and facility management companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for security guarding services.
- Identify and approach potential clients through meetings, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development/Sales experience.
- Experience in the Security Services, Facility Management, Housekeeping, or Manpower Industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good network of corporate and commercial clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
