Technical/Project Lead JD. Responsibilities:
- Should be responsible and have a good attitude. Must have good written and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Should be a fast learner and ready to work on any modules and platforms.
- Experience with developing/implementing web applications built on .Net core technologies. Writing scalable code for .NET software applications.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to other team members as required. Analyzing system requirements and delegating development tasks.
- Development responsibilities include doing code review/bug analysis, analyzing development and impacts.
- Work closely with the manager / architect to determine application requirements, define robust, best-practice architectures for new applications, leveraging and enhancing existing modules, or creating new reusable components
- Developing technical specifications based on the functional documents (SRS).
- Provide effort planning estimates for application change requests and defect resolutions.
- Experience in writing clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
- Experience in writing Unit Tests.
- Experience in tracking WBS, backlogs, keeping matrix, weekly updates to stake holders, taking corrective actions so as to meet delivery dates.
- Good knowledge on SQL Queries.
- Participates in development activities including code reviews, as well as coding and testing of new enhancements.
- Manage a team of 8 – 12 engineers, task allocation and sprint delivery.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology. Be a scrum master.
- Be a part in presales activities (technical proposal, RFP, POC, estimation and SLA preparation), recruitment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 9 Year - 12 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E/ MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent (FULL TIME)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- OOPS, Design Concepts, Unit Testing, Visual Studio, C#, .NET Framework 4.5, ASP.NET, MVC, Dot NET CORE.
- Web API, REST, Windows Services, WebServices.
- JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, AJAX, jQuery, React JS.
- TSQL, MS SQL SERVER (2015).
- TFS / VSS / GIT.
- UML modeling and diagramming tools like Enterprise Architect, MS Visio
