Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit hospitals, therapy centers, rehabilitation clinics, schools, special education centers, and healthcare institutions regularly.
- Meet Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Doctors, Hospital Administrators, and Purchase Teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for SpeechGears therapy tools, software, and rehabilitation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/MIS records.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Participate in exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and promotional events.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, Healthcare Products, Therapy Equipment, Healthcare Software, or Institutional Sales preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of hospitals, clinics, therapy centers, or healthcare institutions will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
