Job Description –Sales / Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our fast growing Child Development Center. The ideal candidate should be proactive, energetic, and passionate about building strong community relationships while promoting our services effectively. Candidates with relevant marketing experience are preferred; however, freshers with strong interest and enthusiasm towards the healthcare/child development sector are also encouraged to apply.
Position : Marketing Executive
Industry : Healthcare / Child Development / Therapy Services
Experience:
- Relevant experience in marketing, business development, healthcare marketing, or educational institution marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and genuine interest in the marketing field, especially within child development services, can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the services of the Child Development Center through direct marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, schools, pediatricians, clinics, and community organizations.
- Coordinate awareness programs, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Generate leads and support admissions/enrollment processes.
- Conduct field visits and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Develop marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and outreach.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and referral sources.
- Work closely with management to achieve organizational growth targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing activity reports.
