LUME is a growing manufacturer of LED Lighting and Solar Energy Solutions. We specialize in Solar Street Lights, LED Lighting Systems, MPPT Charge Controllers, LiFePO₄ Battery Packs, and Renewable Energy Products. We are expanding our Research & Development team and are looking for a passionate engineer who enjoys designing and developing innovative products.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop Embedded Systems for LED and Solar products.
- Develop and test MPPT and PWM Solar Charge Controllers.
- Design, assemble, and test LiFePO₄ Battery Packs and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Design and troubleshoot electronic circuits and PCBs.
- Work on microcontrollers and embedded firmware development.
- Test prototypes and improve product performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, and test reports.
- Coordinate with the production team during product development.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during product development.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in power electronics and renewable energy.
Required Skills
- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Embedded Systems.
- 1–3 years of experience in Electronics Product Development.
- Knowledge of Embedded Systems and Microcontrollers.
- Experience in Power Electronics and SMPS.
- Knowledge of MPPT/PWM Charge Controllers.
- Experience with LiFePO₄ Batteries and BMS is preferred.
- Basic PCB Design knowledge (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, etc.).
- Experience using electronic testing instruments such as Multimeter, Oscilloscope, DC Power Supply, and Electronic Load.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Solar Energy Products.
- Experience in LED Lighting Industry.
- Programming knowledge in Embedded C.
- Knowledge of UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, or RS485 communication.
- Basic understanding of EMC/EMI and product testing.
