· Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports.
· Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
· Investigate and report on cost variances against budget and standards.
· Cost all recipes and menu items; update standard recipe files.
· Audit purchase orders, receiving reports, and supplier invoices.
· Monitor operations for waste, over-portioning, and pilferage.
· Ensure compliance with controls for transfers, spoilage, and comps.
· Maintain accuracy of data in inventory and POS systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in F&B cost control or a similar analytical role.
· Strong understanding of kitchen/bar operations and inventory systems.
· Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Excel
· Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with operations teams.
· High integrity and discretion.
· Hospitality or finance-related education preferred.
