Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to develop accurate BIM models using point cloud data and project drawings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and coordination processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
- Convert point cloud data into high-quality BIM models.
- Create models with the required Level of Development (LOD).
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
- Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Collaborate with project managers, survey teams, and design engineers.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
- Revise and update BIM models based on client feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience working with point cloud data.
- Good knowledge of BIM workflows and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant BIM modeling experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Scan-to-BIM projects.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Recap or other point cloud processing software.
- Familiarity with BIM execution plans (BEP) and LOD standards.
