Job description:
We are looking for the position of PRT Math/Science at Ryan International Academy, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Math and Science lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum and standards.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment tools to evaluate student progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources, including technology integration, to meet diverse learning needs.
- Prepare students for competitive assessments.
- Maintain records of student attendance, grades and feedback.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes as required.
- Collaborate with other faculty members, parents, and administration to support student development.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development programs.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, CBSE regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics or Science with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching Mathematics at the primary or middle school level in a CBSE school.
- Familiarity with the latest CBSE guidelines and teaching practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using digital teaching tools (smart boards, online platforms, etc.).

- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to foster critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong classroom management skills.
