Job Summary
Convertex India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with extensive experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduate
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
