About the Role
HRX International is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency and be passionate about achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and present recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of business development experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
- Strong B2B sales and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
