Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers using our food delivery platform, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working hours while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and other delivery-related issues
- Address customer complaints effectively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and empathetic communication
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores
- Provide feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of customer service processes
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage (experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Availability to work flexible part-time shifts:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
