Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant (Fresher) to join our Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to accounting operations, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Learn and work with Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Office, and Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices and customer (debtor) records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation statements and expense statements.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in payroll-related accounting entries.
- Help maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Support TDS documentation and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
