We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of aluminium system windows and doors at project sites across Kerala. The Site Supervisor will act as the key link between the site, production team, sales team, and Project Manager, ensuring smooth execution of projects from measurement to installation and handover.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Installation
- Supervise and monitor installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure aluminium windows, doors, and related systems are installed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
Measurement & Technical Support
- Visit project sites to take accurate measurements for production and quotation purposes.
- Verify site conditions and communicate technical requirements to the production team.
- Assist in preparing measurement reports and installation documentation.
- Ensure measurements and specifications are accurately recorded and communicated.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate closely with the Production Team to ensure materials are manufactured and delivered as per project schedules.
- Liaise with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements, site readiness, and project updates.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants at site.
- Escalate project risks, delays, or technical concerns to the Project Manager.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards.
- Monitor adherence to safety procedures and site regulations.
- Conduct final inspections before project handover.
Candidate RequirementsEducation
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Candidates from other relevant technical backgrounds may also be considered.
Experience
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and gain field experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in site supervision, construction, interiors, façade, aluminium, glass, or related industries will have an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read drawings and understand basic construction/site requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, especially while taking site measurements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work independently and manage multiple sites.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in outdoor site environments and flexible project schedules.
